HOW TO ORDER

The minimum order amount is € 1
- In the categories above you will find the products. Then choose the products you want to place in your shopping cart;
- If your shopping cart is filled as desired, select "Checkout". You can immediately pay or create an account to benefit from special customer actions and discounts;
- Now enter your name and address details. Choose a payment method and after you have agreed to our terms and conditions click on "Next";
- Check your order and address details. Click on "Order with payment obligation" (to pay via iDEAL or PayPal) and your order has been placed.

SHIPPING COSTS
For all orders up to 30 kg you pay € 4.75 shipping costs.

POSTAGE ABROAD
Shipping costs outside the Netherlands from € 4.75. The actual shipping costs depend on the weight of your order.

DELIVERY TIMES
Wintersport Store tries to deliver your order within 3 working days. This depends on which payment method you choose.

Deliveries outside the Netherlands are usually delivered within 3-10 working days.

Wintersport Store has various options for settling your order: iDeal, Paypal, Credit card, Bancontact / Mister Cash, SOFORT Banking, KBC, Belfius, EPS, Paysafecard, bank transfer, on invoice and Discover Card

GIFT CARD: Webshop Giftcard

PAYPAL / CREDIT CARD
You pay electronically via PayPal. You pay with your own e-mail address and password. You do not have to keep a balance. With Credit Card payments you do not need to have an account with PayPal. For more information, visit the PayPal website.

iDEAL
With iDEAL you can settle your online purchases safely, easily and securely. You settle in your trusted internet payment environment, based on specific security methods of your own bank. As an internet banker you can directly use iDEAL, without having to sign up for it. For more information, visit the iDEAL website.

REINSTATING PAYMENT (on invoice)

With most orders you can pay afterwards. You will first receive your articles and then pay via iDeal.

If the payment method 'postpay' is not offered, you can of course use another payment method. If postpaying is not available, it is due to one or more of the following factors:

  • total amount of your order
  • type of items in your order
  • any unpaid invoices
  • number of orders that you have placed with us before
  • one of your invoices has been transferred to the debt collection agency

WHAT TO DO WHEN CANCELING OR RETURNING

CANCEL
Canceling an order is free of charge as long as it has not yet been sent.
If you cancel the order after it has been sent to you, you must refuse the package upon delivery. If [Wintersport Store] has already received a payment from you, we will return the purchase price to you after having received the return. The shipping costs incurred will be deducted from this (only if you refuse the order at the door and leave it unopened by the delivery person).
 
RETURN / COOLING PERIOD
Consumers have a cooling-off period of 14 working days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of delivery. Exceptions include personalized products / customization. The product can only be returned unused and in the original, undamaged packaging. For more information, see article 6 of our terms and conditions.

Do you want to return the entire order? Items that have already been received must be returned to the return address below. Wintersport Store will return the entire purchase price, including the calculated shipping costs. The shipping costs for returning are for your account.

The shipping costs are also at your expense when you return part of your order. The purchase price of the part of the order that you have returned will be refunded to you. In that case, shipping costs will not be refunded.

We advise you to choose the PostNL parcel post when you return. For shipping a package up to 10 kg (with Track & Trace) you pay € 6.75

All cancellations, exchanges and returns must be made known in writing to [Wintersport Store]. Please use our return form or send us an e-mail. Please mention here in any case your full name and order number and the items you wish to cancel, exchange or return. To improve our customer service, we would appreciate it if you let us know the reason. You are, of course, compliant with the law on distance purchasing not required.

For the repayment of already paid amounts (in advance) we also need your bank account number. Customers from Belgium must also mention the IBAN and BIC / Swift number of their own bank.
Please note: the account number you specify for the refund must be the same as the account number of which you made the payment to [Wintersport Store]. This because of possible fraud with refunds.
Any amounts already paid will be refunded to you within a maximum of 14 days after return notification.
